Pay by Phone. PAL (Power Action Line) allows payments and account inquiries to be made by phone using the automated system option 3. (Credit card and debit card payments accepted). E-checks must be taken by a CSR. Call 662-563-4742 to begin using PAL.
Drafts can be setup in the office or by going to the Customer Service Portal and clicking on Pay By Draft under the Payments tab. Click here to visit the portal now.
Mail payments are convenient with the return envelope enclosed with every billing statement. Simply apply postage and mail.
Pay at main office. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (credit card and debit card payments accepted via payment kiosk in lobby)
24/7 Drop box is located at the main office for after-hour payments. (Check or money-order payments accepted.)

- E-check payments will be charged .60 convenience fee
