- Download the app from your device’s app store
- Log in with your Customer Service Portal credentials
- Enable notifications (optional) for account updates
New Users
Don’t have an account? Visit our Customer Service Portal and select “Create User” under “Account Profile” in the “My Account” tab. You’ll need your account number to complete registration.

Real-Time Information
All account information is displayed in real-time, ensuring you always have the most current account status.
How do I create a username and password? Your Customer Service Portal login credentials work with the TVEPA Mobile App. New users can:
- Visit our Customer Service Portal
- Click “Account Profile” under “My Account”
- Select “New User”
- Complete registration using your account number
Can I manage multiple accounts? Yes. After logging in, you’ll see all your accounts listed. Select any account to view its details. You can make payments on individual accounts or multiple accounts at once.
How do I view my bill? The app displays PDF versions of your bills using your device’s PDF reader. If needed, the app will guide you through installing a compatible PDF reader.
How do I set up notifications? When first launching the app, you’ll be prompted to enable notifications. You can:
- Enable notifications for specific accounts
- Receive alerts for due dates and payments
- Manage notification settings per device
How do I find office locations? Access our office locations and contact information without logging in by selecting the “Locations” option on the login screen.
